Virtual REVIVE! Training

In response to the increasing number of opioid (pain pills, heroin, etc.) overdoses, Hanover County Community Services is providing a training called REVIVE!. REVIVE! provides training on how to recognize and respond to an opioid overdose emergency with the administration of naloxone aka Narcan. This training is 1 hour long and covers understanding opioids, how overdoses happen, risk factors for opioid overdose, and how to respond to an opioid overdose. We hold these trainings FREE OF CHARGE and at the end of the training you can schedule to receive your blue revive kit. Come join us every second Wednesday at 1pm or every third Thursday at 6pm!
