  6. Facility Information
    This is the actual location for which the permit(s) are issued. Businesses with multiple locations in Hanover County and the Town of Ashland are asked to include the store number with the business name.
  7. Mailing Information
    If permit fee payment requests are submitted to a central or corporate office that is different from the facility address, the mailing field must be completed.

  9. Permit(s)
    A permit shall be obtained prior to the initiation of any use or activity for which a permit is required by Section 107.2 of the Virginia Statewide Fire Prevention Code. The issuance of a permit shall not be deemed as approval to violate any provisions of the Code. Upon application, the fire code official will inspect the premises to ensure compliance with the provisions of the fire code adopted by the Hanover County Board of Supervisors.
