County Administrator to present proposed budget

Hanover County Administrator Cecil R. Harris Jr. will present his proposed Fiscal Year 2019 County Budget to the Board of Supervisors on Wednesday, February 14. The Board’s meeting will begin at 2 p.m., with the County Administrator scheduled to present his overview at about 3:30. Other budget presentations going into greater detail will follow, including the proposed Sheriff’s Office budget presented by David R. Hines, Sheriff; the proposed Fire/EMS budget presented by Chief Jethro Piland; and the proposed School budget presented by Dr. Michael Gill, Superintendent;. Public hearing on proposed Comprehensive Plan

The Board of Supervisors will hold its public hearing on the proposed Comprehensive Plan update 2017-2037 at 7 p.m. on Wednesday night, February 14.
