Health District offering COVID-19 vaccinations on Monday

The Chickahominy Health District will be providing vaccinations for COVID-19 on Monday, Dec. 6, from 2:30-7 p.m. for everyone aged 5 and up who qualify. The location will be the old Food Lion building in the Ashland Junction Shopping Center, 135 Junction Drive. All three major brands will be available and booster doses as well. Board to meet with state legislators on Monday

The Board of Supervisors will meet with Hanover's representatives in the Virginia General Assembly Monday morning at 7:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the first floor conference room of the administration building of the headquarters of Virginia ABC, located at 7450 Freight Way off Pole Green Road. Masks are required within this state office building. The meeting will be livestreamed on Hanover County's Facebook page. The topic of the meeting will be the County's legislative agenda for the 2022 session of the General Assembly.

Chickahominy Pipeline to host virtual open house Dec. 9

Chickahominy Pipeline will host a virtual Open House on Thursday, December 9, at 6:30 p.m. The company will be posting a link to its website on Monday, December 6, but the link won't be "live" until Thursday. Chickahominy Pipeline is asking citizens to submit questions through this email – [email protected] – or the website up until Wednesday, December 8, so the company can look for duplicate questions/issues and can address the areas of highest interest first.
