GET INVOLVED

THANK YOU!
In Honor of National Volunteer Week
(April 18-24) and Global Youth Service Day (April 23-24), Hanover County and Community Resources wishes to thank all of Hanover's volunteers serving with various organizations, places of worship, schools and county departments.  We also want to acknowledge the generosity of members of our community who are serving their neighbors as independent gestures of kindness.  In all ways, a helping hand can make a momentary difference or offer a life changing gift!
We celebrate YOU!

GLOBAL YOUTH SERVICE DAY
Youth of all ages can make a difference as part of GYSD weekend or throughout the year. Hanover Community Resources is engaging young people in service through a variety of service projects.  Examples include assembling volunteer thank yous for some of the department's volunteers, conducting beautification projects, helping with upcoming events and more. Learn more about GYSD and future ways young people can help the community, visit our webpage HERE.
