County meeting cancellations over the next 7 days

For the next seven days, the County has cancelled the following public meetings: Planning Commission; Roads Committee; Department of Social Services Advisory Board; Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee; and the Broadband Advisory Committee.

Board of Supervisors to meet on March 25 but no public hearings

In recognition of the current public health crisis and the guidelines issued by the Governor, the Board of Supervisors has decided that the public hearings scheduled to be heard on March 25 will be rescheduled to a future date. There also will be no citizens’ time on March 25. The Board will meet at 6 p.m. in the Board room as previously announced; however, the only items that will be considered by the Board will be administrative matters and a closed session.
