Thousands of families come in costume to enjoy the festivities which include: flashlight candy hunts, games, rides and Lil' Frankenstein's Monster Mash dance area. This exciting youth oriented event is a great way to celebrate the season. To find out more and to become a partner, fill out the online registration by October 13 at www.hanoverparksrec.com.
There are two ways to participate in the SpookieFUN Zone:
- Hanover Treat Booth – Display pre-approved promotional items about your organization/business and must hand out store-bought individually wrapped candy or novelty promotional items to children visiting booth
- Taylor’s Tricks Booth – Provide a pre-approved, interactive game(s) with prizes or hands-on activities with ‘take aways’ for children (i.e. make and take crafts)
This free event is open to the public and will be hosted on two dates at two locations:
Friday, October 20 at Pole Green Park, 8996 Pole Green Park Lane, Mechanicsville
Saturday, October 21 at Poor Farm Park, 13400 Liberty School Lane, Ashland
