Hanover County will hold a community meeting on a plan for a new fire station, Fire Station No. 17. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 26 at Laurel Meadow Elementary School. The purpose of this meeting is to share with the public information about the plan, process, and timeline for the project. The new station would be located on a section of property between the Laurel Meadow Elementary School facilities and Lee-Davis Road. 

The community is invited to learn more about the project and to comment on it either in person at the meeting or by writing to: Hanover County Planning Office c/o David P.
