[ARCHIVED] Rabies vaccination clinic postponed

The rabies vaccination clinic originally scheduled for Saturday, December 12, has been postponed due to public health conditions.


“Out of concerns for the safety and health of our staff
members, volunteers and Veterinarian, we have decided to postponed the rabiesclinic set for December 12, 2020 due to the increase in positivity rate in
Hanover County and across the state," said Jeffrey S. Parker, Chief of Hanover County Animal Control.  "Hanover County Animal Control ishoping to have this rabies clinic at a later date in the future.  We
apologies for any inconvenience this may have, but at this time we feel this isthe necessary step to keep the community safe.  If you have any questions,
please feel to contact Animal Control at 365-6485.”
