Full payment (cash or check) is expected the day of sale. Photo identification is required to bid. All property is sold as is with no warranty implied or expressed and must be removed from the auction site the day of the sale. Vehicles have keys and purchaser will be provided documentation to obtain a title with the Virginia DMV. Said property may be removed from sale without prior notice as needed.
