Used Oil collection is suspended indefinitely at all Hanover County solid waste and recycling centers until further notice.  

Oil contaminated with PCB was improperly disposed of at a facility in the pick-up region that includes Hanover and therefore operations have been suspended until the site of contamination is determined.
