A public information meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, February 6, 2020, at 6:30 PM., at Oak Knoll Middle School, 10295 Chamberlayne Rd, Mechanicsville, VA, to review an application submitted by AIR PARK ASSOCIATES, L.P., case REZ2019-00037, which is a request for an amendment to the proffers approved with rezoning request C-13-94(c), Airpark Associates, in the vicinity of Sliding Hill Road (State Route 656) and Ashcake Road (State Route 657), consisting of approximately 217.34 acres, zoned M-2(c), Light Industrial District with conditions; the proposed use of the property is for a Wegmans’ distribution facility.

It is anticipated that members of the Hanover County Board of Supervisors and the Hanover County Planning Commission will be in attendance; however, this is an informational meeting only and no action will be taken by County officials concerning the rezoning request.
