The Hanover-Caroline Soil and Water Conservation District’s educational mission is to provide educational opportunities to citizens of Virginia to become responsible stewards of the environment and natural resources for the benefit of all. 

Three scholarships of $5000 each are available to outstanding graduating seniors in Hanover and Caroline County public schools. The District is offering one $5000 scholarship for a Hanover County public school student and one $5000 scholarship for a Caroline County public school student. One additional $5000 scholarship is offered to either a Hanover County public school student or Caroline County public school student. Applications are due to the District office by February 28, 2019.
