The Hanover Master Gardeners Association will hold their annual Plant Sale on April 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 2 :00 p.m. The sale will be held in the parking lot of Hanover Evangelical Friends Church, 6420 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Mechanicsville, VA 23111, located across the street from Lowes.

Plants for sale will include annuals, perennials and over 20 different kinds of tomatoes.  Preview the plants for sale.
In addition to plants grown by the Master Gardeners, there will be multiple vendors with garden-related offerings. Master Gardeners will be available to answer gardening questions.

Proceeds from the sale go towards various projects to provide educational information for residents and special projects with schools in Hanover County.

Hanover Master Gardeners are volunteers who have been trained by Virginia Cooperative Extension to work with the community to encourage and promote environmentally sound horticulture practices through Sustainable Landscape Management (SLM).  Their mission is to enable people to improve their lives through an educational process that uses scientific knowledge focused on issues and needs and provide tools and resources for people to solve their own problems.
