A new feature on the County website gives citizens the ability to review the County’s vendor payments and bills.
Included within these payments are bills paid through the General Fund, Capital Improvements Plan, Public Utilities, Airport and Debt Service funds. The Excel format gives users the ability to sort or filter the details. It includes information on the fund, department, object or description (for example, office supplies or rent), vender name, check number, check date and amount.
The report excludes confidential, private or protected information such as tax refunds, payments to jurors, employee/payroll related information and certain Human Services program related expenditures.
This information is posted on the Open Government page of the website under Financial Information and is called Vendor Payment Reports.
This program was one of the Board’s Fiscal Year 2018 Initiatives.
