- Hanover County Juvenile Licensing Ceremony - Traditionally, the licensing ceremony is held twice a month at the courthouse and presided over by Judge Shannon Hoehl. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions on large gatherings, that is currently not a possibility. In lieu of the requirement to personally attend the licensing ceremony, you are required to watch the video found at the stated link. Please make sure to follow the specific instructions you have received in the mail from the Hanover Juvenile and Domestic Relations Clerk. If you have any questions, you should contact the Clerk’s Office at 804-365-6200.
