Community Services Board
The Hanover County Community Services Board (CSB) provides prevention, treatment, employment and support services for Hanover citizens and families with mental health, substance use and developmental disabilities. We work collaboratively with the schools, law enforcement, and social services, as well as others, to fulfill our mission:
We partner with individuals to provide support and services in the areas of mental health, developmental disabilities, substance use disorder in their efforts to lead satisfying and productive lives in their communities.
