The Hanover Veterans Memorial honors military veterans killed in hostile action from World War I to the present day as well as those who have or are currently serving in the Armed Forces of the United States. The memorial is a culmination of more than two years of planning, design, fundraising, publicity and construction. It is a permanent and significant tribute to our honored veterans. Current list of brick pavers and location on Memorial Walkway.
Donations
You can help finance this ongoing memorial project with a $100 donation, which buys a brick paver on the walkway leading up to the brick and granite memorial wall. Brick pavers can be inscribed with the name of any U.S. military veteran serving in active duty or who has been granted an honorable discharge. Flanking the brick walkway are benches inscribed with some of the values that are demonstrated through honorable service. Eagles are perched guarding each corner of the wall as symbols of the strength of our country.
