Hanover County cannot prevent vendor duplication of arts and crafts products but we will do our best to keep similar booths separated. For Franchise businesses, only one representative per franchise is permitted. Vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

Booth Types Available

Premier (15 by 15 Foot) Booth

  • Corner booth space includes access to carted trailer driven by event staff to and from your booth space for set up and breakdown. Vendor will be responsible for loading items on/off the cart. 
  • Also includes parking in designated premier parking lot with separate load in/out zone for easier access.
  • Cost: $300

15 by 15 Foot Booth

  • Spaces located in the middle section of the event field.
  • Cost: $175

10 by 10 Foot Booth

  • Spaces located in the back area of the event field.
  • Cost: $125

Add on Options

These options for easier set up and breakdown can be selected when registering online:

  • 15 by 15 foot tent installed at your booth
    • Cost: $175
  • 10 by 10 foot tent installed at your booth
    • Cost: $150
  • Table and chair rental (1, 6 foot table, 2 folding chairs) delivered to your booth space
    • Cost: $20
