Hanover Tomato Festival

Held on Saturday July 11th, the Hanover Tomato Festival is a free, family-oriented event with live musical entertainment, rides, games, a petting zoo, over 200 vendors, delicious tomato dishes, the crowning of Little Miss and Tiny Miss Tomato, Hanover Tomatoes and much more. Parking for this event is free. The event is held rain or shine and runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is held at beautiful Pole Green Park and is a traditional celebration to promote the Hanover Community and features the famous Hanover Tomato.

The Tomato Festival showcases artisans that want to highlight their unique craftsmanship and food vendors that want to present savory menu items.

The entertainment stage, presented by the E.J. Wade Foundation, will have a full lineup of musicians, ceremony's and bands. The schedule will be highlighted so you can plan your visit and enjoy your day around fantastic entertainment performances.

The 2015 Hanover Tomato Festival Children’s Area will feature lots of fun and excitement for children of all ages. Parents and children get to have non-stop fun at the festival.

Little Miss / Tiny Miss Hanover Tomato Festival Pageant

The pageant was on Saturday, June 27 at the East Hanover Volunteer Rescue Squad. This will be the final year for the Tiny Miss / Little Miss Hanover Tomato Festival Pageant, as participation in the pageant has been declining over the past five years. The event planning committee will be looking at new opportunities to engage our community youth in upcoming events.

Contestants will be introduced and winners announced at 10:30 a.m. on the E. J. Wade Entertainments stage.
